Week one of our CSA was a success! We picked up our share on Saturday morning. We got: lettuce, peas, chard, fresh sage, and massive amounts of strawberries. Shelling peas by hand (which I'd never done before Saturday) really makes you appreciate every last pea when you're cooking! We're enjoying everything so far, and a few things have made their way into this lunch. Too bad Chip will never eat a strawberry...we've got plenty of them!
