Chip's lunch: April 2, 2010

I feel like this is a fun springtime lunch. The weather got warm - almost hot - overnight here, and this light lunch full of vegetables feels just right for this time of year.

Organic whole wheat tri-color rotini with pesto and fresh Roma tomato, white bean and spinach soup, organic flame raisins, organic dark chocolate with almonds, homemade brownie, hummus, and blanched vegetables (red pepper and asparagus) with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
