Chip's lunch: April 16, 2010

Happy Friday! Dinner leftovers and a few Chip faves in this one. Healthy, vegan, and clean.



Homemade fried rice with broccoli and organic tofu, banana, organic flame raisins, PB&J on local whole wheat bread, and a whole organic Cameo apple.

  1. Do the apples brown when you cut them up and place them in the lunch box?

  2. Chip insists that they don't. I check in the morning (I pack lunch at night) and they don't look too bad.

    My mom has always used Fruit Fresh powder or lemon juice to prevent browning, but I skip it.
