So this is a colorful lunch, but I guess not terribly creative, given that there is broccoli in two of its parts. Oh well. Broccoli's healthy and tasty! Chip rode his bike during lunch on this day, so I packed a little bit of extra fat/protein (peanut M&Ms).
Homemade fried rice with tofu and broccoli, PB&J on a potato roll, Quaker reduced sugar granola bar, peanut M&Ms, Mott's no sugar added applesauce, and raw broccoli with hummus.
